Thank you to those who joined us on Saturday for a highly amusing night at Millom Palliadium! We were a small group of familiar faces and started the night strong in the upstairs seating area using a combination of equipment, receiving some good results early on through the cat balls, temperature sensors and spirit box. There was a strong, heavy atmosphere as if wed intruded on somewhere we shouldnt have and an intense feeling of being watched. We received intelligent responses both on the spirit box and talking apps with multiple voices coming through and when we asked how many of us there were, with the spirit responding "5" on both devices. Both in the upstairs seating area and the main hall underneath we were hearing taps, bangs and whistles, but due to the wind outside and an event on further down the street we couldnt confidently rule out other causes. In large rehearsal space/dressing room downstairs we had some more responses on the temperature sensor coinciding with a rather intense human pendulum session where a female spirit with a personal connection came through, although we struggled to get a name. After this we tried the spirit box again and once again multiple voices could be heard, alongside some of the most intense swearing any of us had ever heard come through! The spirit repeated some of our names back to us, and a personal swear word for each of us, which provided a lot of laughs although we didnt get the impression the spirit was angry or wanted us to leave, more so that it was enjoying having a laugh at our expense! After a short break we investigated the two smaller dressing rooms under the stage, getting small bursts of energy in each and further results on the cat balls and more swearing on the spiritbox but the energy seemed to fade in each room after a short while. Towards the end of the night we investigated the on and around the stage and all commented on how uncomfortable and on edge we felt there, with some more good results coming through on the temperature sensors. As with our other visits, footsteps could be heard on the stairs to the right of the stage and a customer felt as though something had been thrown at his head from the upstairs seats- which on further inspection looked to be a hair bobble. Whilst we were investigating this we heard a small clatter and spotted a bottle cap on the floor which, again, looked as though it may have been thrown from upstairs. We were unable to get this to happen again though, and decided to end the night back upstairs so see if we could get anything else to happen. Throughout the night we had some small k2 spikes, the name Alex/Alexander come through on the spirit box in two different areas, a steady stream of swearing and a customer got touched four times!
